Terms that keep play fair.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using RallyFair, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using RallyFair for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Using RallyFair

RallyFair provides tools for organizing recreational sports activities. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time. You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and any permissions needed to use the service.

You must use RallyFair lawfully and responsibly. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, introduce malicious code, or use RallyFair to harass, deceive, or harm others.

3. Accounts and organization access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs through your account. Keep your information accurate and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Organization administrators control access to their organization’s RallyFair workspace. They may invite or remove members and may manage organization content. If you join an organization, your use of its workspace may be subject to that organization’s own rules and policies.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the information and content you submit to RallyFair. You give us permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve the service, including sharing it with the organization and users you choose through the service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit content and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your organization’s use of RallyFair.

5. Intellectual property

RallyFair and its software, design, branding, and documentation belong to RallyFair or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you follow these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from RallyFair except where applicable law allows it.

6. Availability and third parties

We work to keep RallyFair available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control. RallyFair may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using RallyFair at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions — will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers and liability

RallyFair is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. RallyFair is an organizational tool and does not replace your responsibility to make safe decisions about activities, facilities, schedules, or participants.

To the extent permitted by law, RallyFair will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as RallyFair changes. We will post updated terms and change the date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention. Continuing to use RallyFair after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
