When you create or use a RallyFair account, we may collect your name, email address, sign-in details, organization memberships, and profile information. We also collect the league, venue, schedule, reservation, notification, and other content that you or an organization enter into RallyFair.

We receive basic information from authentication providers when you choose to sign in with one. We may also collect device and usage information needed to keep the service secure and to deliver features you enable, such as push notifications.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve RallyFair and its features.
• Authenticate accounts and protect the service from misuse.
• Send account, security, scheduling, and notification messages you request or that are necessary to operate the service.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service changes.
• Understand service performance and troubleshoot problems.

How information is shared

Your organization may make information visible to its administrators, organizers, and members according to how it uses RallyFair. This may include your name, email address, profile details, and other contact information, as well as league schedules and other organization content. This information may be available to the organizations you belong to and the administrators, organizers, and members of those organizations.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, authenticate, secure, and deliver RallyFair. These providers may use information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can review and update certain account details in your RallyFair profile. You can manage available notification preferences in the app, and you can disable browser push permissions through your device or browser settings.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us at privacy@rallyfair.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide RallyFair, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children’s privacy

RallyFair is intended for organizations and users who can legally use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use RallyFair under applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as RallyFair changes. When we make a material update, we will post the new policy and update the date above. Your continued use of RallyFair after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
